Happy Howliday!

The Team have just got back from a weeks Holibob in Norfolk.

We’ve had the most amazing time at a dog friendly cottage in Happisburgh. It’s been chilly, wet and windy but we’ve all enjoyed walks and chilling by the log burner.

A highlight of holidaying is food! The four legged members of the team have enjoyed lots of scrumptious home cooked meals, so we thought we would share them with you for inspiration:

Butterbean Mac with peas and snap peas
Jambalaya
  
Roast veggies with mixed beans
Veggie, lentil, bean, rice, quinoa and oat bake with Benevo biscuits and cucumber
Peanut butter veggie rice with beans, lentils and steamed broccoli 
  
Veg, bean and lentil stew with soy chunks, rice and oats and steamed broccoli
   
Lentil and veggie spaghetti bolognese with homemade sourdough toast 
   

For breakfast they’ve had soya milk with wheat biscuits, soaked veggie flakes with biscuits or plain biscuits and for snacks, of course they’ve been double checking the stock is still fresh, tasty and pack approved! They have also assisted in choosing a couple of new treats for the store! 

The humans also had lots of home cooked meals plus yummy food at Cafe Carmel’s. If you are ever in the Bacton area, do pop in and check them out, they are a fully vegan cafe and have a wonderful menu including lots of gluten free treats 😍
